What is a clastic rock? A sedimentary rock that forms when fragments are squeezed together.
Describe compaction. It is the process that presses sediments together.

What type of rock is coal? organic rock
Describe intrusive rock. Igneous rock formed when magm hardened beneath Earth's surface. Granite is most abundant.
Describe extrusive rock. Igneous rock formed from lava that erupte onto Earth's surface. Basalt is most common.
