Earth-Atmosphere

TermDefinition
atmosphere A thin layer of air that forms a protective covering around the planet.
troposphere lowest of Earth's atmosphere.
ionosphere A layer of electrically charged particles.
ozone layer An atmospheric layer.
ultraviolet radiation A type of energy that come to Earth from the sun.
chlorofluorocarbon A chemical compound used in some refrigerators, air conditioners, and aerosol sprays.
