What type of planets are there? Small rocky planets and large gaseous planets
What are asteroids? Pieces of broken planets.
Where is the asteroid belt? Between mars and Jupiter.
What is the order of the planets? 1. Mercury, 2. Venus, 3. Earth, 4. Mars, 5. Jupiter, 6. Saturn, 7. Uranus, 8. Neptune.
What are comets? They orbit the sun and are made of frozen gases.
What are meteoroids ? left over pieces of a comets tail
What is the summer solstice ? it’s the longest day and the shortest night.
What is Pluto ? a Dwarf planet
Jupiter has what ? a big red dot which is a storm.
What planets have no plate tectonic activity? Mars and Mercury.
