What are winds craeted by? Uneven heating of the Earth's surface and modified.
What is the atmosphere warmed by? Convection and conduction
What is a tornado? Is a narrow, voilent, funnel-shpaed column of spiral winds that extend downward from a cloud toward the earth
What can weather be predicted by? Using cloud type
What increses convection? Warmer weather
What pressure does wind always move from? High pressure to low pressure
What is a jet stream? Fast moving river of wind that is found at the top of the troposephere or at the bottom of the stratosphere
What does Convection cause? Warm air to reach its dew point and condenses
What area recievea 90 degree sunlight? Area near the equator
What are the three major climatic zones? Tropical (0 to 30 degrees), Temperature (30 to 60 degrees), And have more energy (heat) per unit area than those closer to the poles
