making requests ~をおねがいします, where ~ is the item being requested. Similar to ~をください. Can be used with quantity expressions.
requesting multiple items bridge the items with と coming after the quanity, and を appearing for each item with a quantity before the quantity, after the item.
eliciting a proposal use ~ましょうか ending on a verb, question word

making a proposal use ~ましょう ending on a verb
making a proposal, examples いまパティにいきましょう。 Let's go to a party.
extending an invitation or making a suggestion, review いまパティにいきませんか。 Why don't we go to a party? This can also be in response to a question eliciting a proposal.
