| Term | Definition |

| Rotation | the act of rotating; a turning around as on an axis. |
| Revolution | The motion of an object around a point, especially around another object or a center of mass |
| Orbit | the curved path, usually elliptical, described by a planet, satellite, spaceship, etc., around a celestial body, as the sun. |
| Geocentric | The earth being the center |
| Heliocentric | measured or considered as being seen from the center of the sun. |
| Natural satellite | A natural (not maZaan maded) body that revolves around a planet; a moon. |
| Solar system | the sun together with all the planets and other bodies that revolve around it. |
| Astronomer | an expert in science that deals with the material universe beyond the earth's atmosphere |

| Metor | Made of rocks and gas. Goes inside of earths atmosphere |
| Metorie | When a metoer charses into the earth |
