Furosemide / Lasix 20 - 80 mg IV injection
Labetalol / Normadyne / Trandate Beta Blocker. 20 mg x 10 min x 4 doses
Lidocaine / Xylocaine Amide. 1 mg/kg IV injection ; 4 mg / IV DRIP; max dose 3 mg/kg
Lisinopril / Zestril / Prinivil ACE inhibitor HTN: 10 mg PO qd HF: 5 mg PO qd
Metoprolol / Lopressor Beta Blocker. 5 mg x 5 min x 3 doses
Midazolam / Versed "Fuggedahboutit" Benzodiazapine. 1 - 2 mg IV injection
Morphine Sulfate / Morphine Opioid. 1 - 4 mg IV injection
Neosynephrine / Phenylephrine Inotropic, Adrenergic. 0.1 - 0.5 mg IV injection; 100- 180 mcg/min IV DRIP
Nitroglycerine / Nitro-Stat Sub-lingual 0.4 mist spray ; IV DRIP 10 - 20 mcg/min titrate PRN; IC injection 50 - 200 mcg
Nitroprusside / Nipride Vasodilator. 1 - 3 mcg/kg/min IV DRIP in D5W
Norepinephrine / Levophed Inotropic Adrenergic. Pressor. Vasoconstrictor. 2 - 4 mcg/kg/min IV DRIP
Odansetron / Zofran Anti-emetic. 4 mg SLOW IV injection; sleepy time
Promethazine / Phenergan Anti-emetic. 25 mg IV injection
Ramipril / Altace ACE inhibitor. 1.25 - 20 mg PO
Vasopressin / Pitressin 40 units IV injection; O.K. to replace 1st or 2nd Epinephrine dose; USE ONLY ONCE!!
Verapamil / Radial Cocktail Calcium channel blocker. 2.5 - 10 mg over 2 minutes. IC 50 -200 mcg
