Asteroid Is a large rock in outer space. Some can be very large,while others are as small as a grain of sand.
Comet A small frozen mass of ice and dust orbiting the sun.
Terrestrial Relating to land.
Orbit To travel in a curved path around the Sun or a planet.
Rotation One complete turn on an axis.
Satellite A moon that orbits a planet.
Sun A star around which Earth and other planets revolve.It produces heat,light,and energy.
Gas Giant Any of the secondfour planets from the Sun,which are made of gas.
Gravity the force that pulls objects toward each other.
Star an object in space that produces its own heat and light.
Galaxy a group of millions of stars.
