| Means Of Transmission | From one person to another. Direct contact with an infected person or discharge. |
| Means Of Entry | Into the host include the mouth, nose, throat, ears, intestinal tract, urninary traact, reproductive, and open wounds and breaks in the skin |
| Susceptible Host | One capable of being infected by the pathogen. The resistance or ability to fight off disease of the host is low. Poor health, poor hygiene, and poor nutrition. |
