What kind of molecules are enzymes made of? protein molecules.
what is the enzymes role? To speed up the chemical reactions.
what determines the enzymes job? The shape.
How can enzymes be rendered useless? By denaturing the enzymes by heating, unfolding/destroying enzymes, low PH, strong acids, high PH, strong base.
What are errors in protein folding? Alzheimer, mad cow disease, cystic fiberosis.
