| Coarse Adjustment | Focuses the image under low power. It is the bigger knob -On the bottom of the arm. |
| Revolving Nosepiece | Holds and turns objective into viewing position. -Above the objective lenses. |
| Objective Lens | Contains the lens for greater magnification. -Attached to the under side of the Revolving Nosepiece. |
| Eyepiece | Contains a 10x magnifying lens you look through. -At the very top of the body tube. |
| Stage | Supports the Microscope Slide. -Under the Objective Lens. |
| Light Source | Provides light that passes upward through the diaphragm, the Specimen, and the lenses. -Below the stage. |
| Base | Provides support for the microscope. -At the bottom of the microscope. |
| Fine Adjustment | Sharpens the image under low and high magnification. -On the arm. |
| Disc Diagphram | Lets you regulate the amount of light that hits the stage. -Attached to the bottom of the stage. |
| Arm | Supports the body tube. -Runs along the Microscope like a spine. |
| Stage Clips | Hold Microscope slide in place. -On the stage. |
| Body Tube | Connects the Eyepiece to the Revolving Nosepiece. -Connected to the bottom of the Eyepiece. |
