class and indications

Thyroid hormones? for normal grown, development, timely sexual maturation; also affect other organ system, metabolic processes; augment sympathetic nervous system function by increasing number of adrenoceptors
Drugs in thyroid class indications? hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism
Levothyroxine or liothyronine? Both are for hypothyroidism. liothyronine is more potent but cause more adverse effect on cardiac, and more expensive, shorter halflife( only 1 days while levothyroxine is 7 days).
