The 5 main components of an IEP are: | conditions, performance, criteria, assessment and standards

IEP Component - Condition | used to present info of when, where, or how the area of disability or needed skill will be addressed. (ex. - during the reading lesson, on the bus, at the end of 12 weeks, etc)

IEP Component - Performance | specific observable skill that the student is expected to accomplish. (ex. increase reading skills from 1.5 to 2.0 grade, communicate choices without prompts, using gestures, signs or words.

IEP Component - Critera | how well must the skill be done and how often to acquire mastery. (ex. 4 out of 5 trials, with 80% accuracy, on a weekly basis, etc)

IEP Component - Assessment | how the skill mastery will be measured. (ex.-according to criterion referenced test, by teacher/parent observation, by behavior charting & staff reporting. etc)

IEP Component - Standards | the reference to the state academic standards. (ex- Langauge 3.2.9, MO 6.1 and 6.4, Sci 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3. etc)

Review the information in the table. When you are ready to quiz yourself you can hide individual columns or the entire table. Then you can click on the empty cells to reveal the answer. Try to recall what will be displayed before clicking the empty cell.
To hide a column, click on the column name.
To hide the entire table, click on the "Hide All" button.
You may also shuffle the rows of the table by clicking on the "Shuffle" button.
Or sort by any of the columns using the down arrow next to any column heading.
If you know all the data on any row, you can temporarily remove it by tapping the trash can to the right of the row.
