HOME HEALTH CARE | HOME HEALTH CARE: Takes place in a person's home. |
DIAGNOSES | DIAGNOSES: Medical conditions determined by a doctor. The stages of illnesses or diseases affect how sick people are and how much care they will need. |
ASSISTED LIVING | ASSISTED LIVING: Are facilities that provide some help with daily care, such as showers, meals, and dressing. Help with medication may also be given. |
