III | OCULOMOTOR: pupillary reaction to light, elevation of upper eyelid, and most EOMs (up, up and out, inward towards nose). Abnormalities include anisocoria, ptosis and nystagmus |
IV | TROCHLEAR: downward, internal rotation of eye during EOMs |
