EXTRUSIVE | Igneous rock that forms on the earth surface. |
METAMORPHISM | The change of one type of rock into another as a result of heat and pressure. |
CEMENTATION | The process in which sediments are glued together. |
IGNEOUS ROCK | Type of rock formed under the Earth’s surface when magma cools or hardens. |
SEDIMENTARY ROCK | Rocks that are made up of pebbles cemented together with other sediments. |
METAMORPHIC ROCK | Rock that has changed form as a result of heat and pressure. |
