Respiration | The act of breathing the excange of oxyen and carbon dioxide that take place in the lungs. |
Hypoxic | Refers to an insufficient level of oxygen in the blood and tissues. |
Clinical Dead | Is when heart stops and breathing you can. Restart with CPR. |
Biological | Brain cell die. Can not restart. |
Inspiration | Refers to the process of breathing in or inhaling. |
Expiration | Refers to the passive process of breathing out or exhaling. |
Pharynx | The throat. |
Epiglottis | It helps close off the airway when a person swallows. |
Trachea | the windpipe. an air passage to the lungs. |
