Modified diet | regular diet modified for therapy for a certain disease process |

Stoma | artificial opening made into a hollow organ esp one on the surface of the body leading to the gut or trachea |

GERD | Gastroesophangeal reflux disease |
J Tube | Placed in the Jejunum of small intestines |
PEG | Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastronomy |
TPN | Total Parenteral Nutrition |
