vitamins C and B | Water-soluble vitamins. |
vitamins D and K | Absorbed by the body even if they are not in any food that is eaten. Vitamin D can be made by the body through sunlight hitting the skin, and vitamin K is made by bacteria in the large intestine. |
vitamins D, E and K | Fat-soluble vitamins which build up easily in the body. |
