What does the white blood cells do? | It protects your body from germs and other harmful things. |
What does the platelets do? | They float in the blood and they help to stop the bleeding if a blood vessel is cut. |
What is the circulatory system? | It is teh system within the body that moves material around the body. |
What are the four types of highways in the body that help to move the blood? | Arteries, Capillary, Veins, Valves |
What are arteries? | They are blood vessels that carry blood away from the your heart to other parts of the body. |
What are veins? | They are blood vessels that take the blood from cells back to the heart. |
