| Win-Lose | Life is a competition you can't win unless others lose. |
| Lose-Win | You want to be liked and don't want trouble which leads to you getting taken advantage of easily. |
| Lose-Lose | You like revenge, if you can't win nobody else can. |
| Win-Win or No Deal | You're ready to walk away before someone loses , making both parties feel good. |
| EBA Deposit | Doing something that helps the relationship. |
| EBA Withdrawl | Doing something that hurts the relationship. |
| Keep Promises | You do what you say your going to do, without lies or you can lose trust. |
| Keep Confidences | Keep thing about others to yourself. |
| Be Loyal to the Absent | Stick up for people when they are not there. |
| Set Clear Expectations | Follow through on what is expected, and avoid confusion. |
| Apologize | Admit when you are wrong, without making excuses. |
| Forgive | Forgive and forget, so you don't keep hurting yourself the way you were hurt. |
