| Win-Win | Unless other people win with you, you don't truly win. |
| Win-Lose | Being high on courage and low on consideration. Always trying to get ahead of others or be better than other people. |
| Lose-Win | Being high on consideration and low on courage. Being insecure and not brave enough to stick up for yourself. |
| Lose-Lose | Being low on consideration and low on courage. If you can't win, nobody wins. |
| Win-Win or No Deal | Being high on consideration and high on courage. We all win or no one wins. |

| Do Small Acts of Kindness | Treating people well and doing things for others. |
