Win-Win Unless other people win with you, you don't truly win.
Win-Lose Being high on courage and low on consideration. Always trying to get ahead of others or be better than other people.
Lose-Win Being high on consideration and low on courage. Being insecure and not brave enough to stick up for yourself.
Lose-Lose Being low on consideration and low on courage. If you can't win, nobody wins.
Win-Win or No Deal Being high on consideration and high on courage. We all win or no one wins.
EBA Acronym for Emotional Bank Account
Do Small Acts of Kindness Treating people well and doing things for others.
Keep Promises Keeping to a commitment.
Keep Confidences Not sharing personal information shared with you.
Be Loyal to the Absent Speaking about people as if they can hear you.
Set Clear Expectations Speaking thoroughly about plans and desires and following through with them.
Apologize Admitting when you are in the wrong.
Forgive Moving on from something and not allowing it to hold your future hostage.
Emotional Bank Deposit Doing something to/for someone that they enjoy and find beneficial to their EBA.
Emotional Bank Withdrawal Doing something to/for someone they find hurtful and neglectful to their EBA.
