Translucent | Material that allows some light to pass through |
Opaque | Material that does not allow light to pass through |
Medium | The matter that light, or other types of energy, has to pass through |
Reflect | To bounce back |
Refract | To allow to pass through and bend or change direction |
Absorb | To take in |
Transmit | To pass through from one thing to another |
Concave Lens | A lens that curves in |
Convex Lens | A lens that curves outward |
