model | A pattern a plan representation or description designed to show the structure or workings of an object system or concept. |
theory | An explanation that ties together many hypothesis and observations. |
law | A summary of experimental results and observations a law that tells how this work. |

compound light microscope | An instrument that magnefies small objects so that they can be seen easily by using two or more lenses |
electron microscope | A microscope that focuses a beam of electrons to magnify objects. |
area | A mesure of the size of a surface or a region. |
volume | A measure of the size of body or region in three-dimensional space. |
mass | A measure of the amount of matter in an object. |
temperature | A measure of how hot or cold something is specifically a measure of the average kinetic energy of the particles in an object. |
