Adverse Reaction/Side Effect | CV: Hypotension, bradycardia, heart block, chest pain, chest pain, and asytole GI: nausea and vommiting. CNS: headache, fatigue, drowsiness |
Adult Dose | Initial: 0.25mg/kg IVP (usually 20mg)admin over 2 min, if response inadiquate, repeat in 15 min :0.35 mg/kg IVP over 2 min. Maintenance infusion:5.0 to 15mg/hr |
Pediatric Dose | The safety and efficacy of this drug for use on children has not been established. |
