What is a compound | A substance that is made from two or more simpler substances, elements or other compounds. |
What is a solution? | A solution is when substances dissolve and form a homogeneous mixture. |
What is a suspension? | A suspension is when a heterogenous mixture seperates over time into layers. |
What is a colloid? | A colloid is when something contains particles intermediate in size between the small particles in a solution and large particles in a suspension. |
