| Have them follow with their eyes in the shape of an H to test extraocular movement. |

| Have the patient look at something far away and then something close. |

| Determine if the patient is experiencing any numbness or tingling in the extremeties. |

||||
| Lower the bed and have the patient walk, if able, to assess gait. |
🗑
|
||||
| Raise the bed rail, call bell in reach, check the patient is comfortable, and wash hands. |

| Document the procedure |
