---|---|---|---|---|---|
Nucleus | This is the cells center directing all of the cells activities.
🗑
Cell Membrane | It controls what substances come into and out of a cell, it is it's barrier.
🗑
Mitochondria | They are known as the powerhouse of the cell because they convert energy in food molecules to energy to carry out its functions.
🗑
Ribosomes | They are attached to the endoplasmic. Thier function as factories to produce proteins.
🗑
Cytoplasm | This is the region between the cell membrane and the nucleus.
🗑
Cell Wall | It's wall helps to protect and support the cell.
🗑
Organelles | They are tiny little cell structures that carry out specific functions within cells.
🗑
Endoplasmic Reticulum | Thier passageways carry out proteins and other materials from a cell to another cell.
🗑
Golgi body | They receive proteins and other newly formed materials from the endoplasmic reticulum, package them and distribute them to other parts of the cell.
🗑
Chloroplasts | They are found floating in the cytoplasm. They capture energy from sunlight and use it to produce food for the cell.
🗑
Vacuoles | They're found floating around the cytoplasmic. They are the storage areas of a cell.
🗑
Lysosomes | This cell is small and round and is like a bunch of little structures containing chemicals that break down certain materials in the cell.
