| Utilize the “bridging” position of hip flexion and knee flexion with feet flat on the surface to assist | with movement and rolling

| Move from a supine to sitting position by | rolling into sidelying and placing the feet over the edge; assist as needed to obtain a sitting position

||||
| All components of bed mobility are complete only when | the patient ends in a comfortable and safe position
🗑
