| Interdependence Benefits and Ideas | Benefits: do better in college by working with others, Others strengths can make up for your weaknesses, saves time
Ideas: You don't always have to have the best ideas, it's not about "my way" it's about the better way to create together

| Negative Synergy | Individual greatness but poor chemistry= the whole is less than the sum of its parts.
Ex. great individual talent but lack of chemistry on the team losing games
Hostility 1+1=-1,-5,-10
Defensiveness 1+1=1/2
Compromise 1+1=1 1/2

| Positive Synergy | Team work, study groups, friendships, classrooms, families
Ex.Think about the weight you carry on your own vs the weight you could carry when someone interlocks with you and balances.

| Complementary | Each person's talents complements everyone else's talents and makes up for any weaknesses. Diversity is key
