What is an ecosystem? | All of living and nonliving things in an enviornmet

What is a desert? | The driest ecosystem. Some animals adapted to the limited water supply. Such as: cacti, shrubs, coyotes are desert organisms.

What is a Grassland? | Large land covered with grass. The recive a medium amount of rain. The grass is very tall in grasslands. Grasshoppers, prairie chickens, and bison are living things that live i n grasslands of North America.

What is a tundra? | A tundra is a colld dry region. The ground beneath the surface is frozen all year long. Some grasses can grow in a tundra but trees cannot. In the sprind arctic foxes, caribou, and other animals thrive in these areas.

What is a forest? | Forests are filled with life. They usually get more rain then grasslands ach year. Deer, foxes, raccoons, and squirrels, often live in forests.
