3. Renal insufficiency/ failure due to rhabdomyolysis, trauma

2. Myopathy (muscle weakness) rhabdomyolysis (breakdown of skeletal muscle that travels to kidney for excretion)!
3. Headache, memory loss, confusion
4. Gastrointestinal (GI) disturbances, liver dysfunction

| Nursing Actions | 1. Optimal dosing time: nocturnal
2. Assess: neuro function, muscle weakness, glucose control, GI symptoms, Urinary changes
3. Drug interactions (CYP 450)!
4. Follow lipid Panel; monitor glucose and LFTs
