How is it formed?   definite article + adjective with più or meno. When the Superlative immediately follows the noun, the definite article is not repeated. (exemple: La vita italiana è la meno frenetica dei Paesi europei).

Third use?   if adjective is one that ordinarily precedes the noun, it does so in this construction as well. (exemple: Piazza del Campo è la più bella piazza d'Italia).

Form of the Superlativo assoluto?   adding the suffix -ssimo/a/i/e to the masculine plural form of an adjective. Agrees in gender and number with the noun it modifies. (exemple: Ornella Muti è una bravissima attrice).

What if adjective normally only have two forms?   have four possible forms when modified by the suffix -ssimo/a/i/e.
