show Abrasion is when rocks and stones become embedded in the base or sides of the glacier. These rocks are then rubbed against the rock surface as the glacier moves. Leaving behind a smooth polished surface

show Aretes are formed when two corries form next to each other and the rock between them is plucked away, forming a narrow ridge
