Ball and socket: shoulder,hip.
Hinge: knee,elbow.

What is synovial fluid? | It is a lubricant to cause easy friction between bones.

What is a tendon? | It connects muscle to bone

What is an antagonistic muscle? Give an example. | It is muscles which pull in opposite directions: bicep and tricep.
