Persuasive Legal Authority   Case law and analysis from other jurisdictions that may shed light on a case in which mandatory legal authority is ambiguous or nonexistent.

Primary Legal Authority   Statements of law that are binding upon the courts, government, and individuals.

Reporters   A person who reports, especially one employed to report news or conduct interviews for newspapers or broadcasts.

Restatements   The revision and publication of one or more of a company's previous financial statements.
