Body Alignment   Good posture occurs when the parts of the body are balance symmetrically around the centre of gravity. Maintaining upright postion requires balance of flexibility and strength from postural muscles.

Joint Action   Must maintain normal ROM for all joints. Key issues are flexion, hyperextension, and speed. Keep joints relaxed, not locked. Locking can involve hyperextension and stresses joint.

Recruitment of Muscle Fibres/Isolation   Correct exercise requires effective recruitment of muscle fibres & ability to isolate a specific muscle. Slow & controlled, Static stretch.

Breathing   Always remind participants to breath. Holding breath can lead to lack of oxygen causing dizziness or extreme muscle fatique. Blood pressure can also increase.
