There are 2 types of planets in our solar system what are they?   Small, rocky, high density inner planets all inside the asteroid belt (Terrestrial or inner planets). Large, gaseous, low density outer planets that are outside the asteroid belt (Jovian or outer planets).

What and where are asteroids?   Asteroids are pieces of a broken planet and are found in the Asteroid Belt which is between Mars and Jupiter.

What is the order of the Planets from the sun?   1. Mercury, 2. Venus, 3. Earth, 4. Mars, 5. Jupiter, 6. Saturn, 7. Uranus, 8. Neptune.

Do Mars, Earth, Venus, and Mercury have moons?   Mars has 2 moons. Earths has 1. And Venus and Mercury have none

What planets have Tectonic activity?   Earth does. But there is evidence of volcanic activity on Mercury and Mars

What 2 planets rotate retro grade?   Venus and Uranus do.

What is Jupiter's big red spot?   Jupiters big red spot is a storm

What is pluto?   Pluto is now considered to be a dwarf planet. Pluto’s orbital plane is not in the same plane as the other planets

What are Comets?   Comets are frozen gasses that orbit the sun

What is the difference between a meteor and a meteoroid?   A meteor is rock that enters the Earath's atmosphere and burns up. A Meteorite is something that hits Earth.
