hecto- One hundred (102): hectogram
deka- Variants of deca-.
deci- One tenth (10-1): decibel.
centi- One-hundredth part (10-2): centiliter.
milli- One thousandth (10-3): millisecond.
meterstck a rule one meter long (usually marked off in centimeters and millimeters)
balance a state of equilibrium or equipoise; equal distribution of weight, amount, etc.
