| Chemical Change | A change that occurs when one or more substances change their identity into entirely new substances with different properties. |
| Composition | The type of matter that makes up the object by the way the matter is arranged in the object. |
| Electrolysis | The use of an electrical current to split or break apart some compound substances. |
