What is the structuralism? name some reaearchers who use this method? meaning is produced and reproduced withen a culture through activities and various practices eg. valentines day in north america.
Define cultural Materialism. Human existence is a response to the diverse and complex problems that exist withen society.
Define Sociology. studies the actions of of memebers withen a specfic society.
What theory did Karl Marx study? Sociology
What is the feminist theory? Look at soceiety through the eyes of women. Deal with the payment difference between men and woman and the oversexualsation of women
What did Eric Eriksonbelieve? that at certain stages in an individuals life there are tasks that must be met in order to have a healthy development.
Explain Erik Eriksons phychosocial development stages. Ttorust vs Mistrust birth-one), Autonomy vs. Guilt (3-6), Industry vs. inferiority (6- puberty), Identity vs Role confusion (Adolescence), Intimacy vs. Isolation (18-35), Generativity vs. Stagnation (35-55), Ego integrity vs. Despair (60+)

What does the social exchange theory consists of? intrested in the social influences on the individua interactions. Believe that people find mates because they are attracted to different types of people
What does the smymbolic interractionism conist of? believe that we choose a mate based on their idelized image of a perfect partner.
