Story Elements-LA Final

QuestionAnswer
Setting Where the story takes place.
Point of View The two most common points of view are: first person, third person.
1st person When the narrator tells the story, speaking about himself
3rd person The narrator describes the story but is not part of it.
Character A person in the story
Plot Is a series of events that make up the story
Exposition The introduction
Rising Action the events that help build up to the climax
Climax The peak of action in the story
Falling Action The events that help the story get to the Resolution.
Resolution The ending wrapping up of the action
Person vs. Person The protagonist in the story has a problem with one or more other characters.
Person vs. Self The protagonist in struggling within themselves in the story
