Linear Guide: Carotid sternoclavilcular articulation to a point anterior to the base of the respective earlobe
Linear Guide: Femoral center of the inguinal ligament to the center of the medial prominence of the knee
Linear Guide: Axillary center of the base of the axillary space to the center of the lateral border of the axillary space
Linear Guide: Brachial center of the lateral border of the axillary space to approx 1" below the antecubital fossa
