Calori-controlled diet both low calorie an high calorie diets.
Low cholesterol diets restricts foods containing cholesterol
Fat restricted diets restricts foods with fat. A.K.A low fat diets
Sodium restricted diets low sodium or low salt diets
Protein diets include both low protein and high protein diets
Bland diet consists of easily digested foods that do not irritate the digestive tract
Low residue diet eiminates or limits foods that are high in bulk and fiber
Anorexia people who starve themselves; loss of appetite
