Side Effects: Humulin 30/70 Injection Hypoglycemia. Lipodystrophy. Localised skin allergy symptoms such as swelling, redness or itching at site of injection. Weight gain.
Contraindications: Humulin 30/70 Injection Hypoglycemia. Hypersensitivity to human regular insulin or one of the excipients of Humulin
Patient Counselling: Humulin 30/70 Injection Recognise and react to early warning symptoms of hypoglycemia. Be aware of proper injecting technique. Be consistent with area of the body that is injected.
Active ingredients: Mixtard 30 Penfill Insulin Human rDNA (30% soluble insuline, 70% as isophane insulin)

MOA: Mixtard 30 Penfill Mixture of fast-acting insulin and long-acting insulin, with onset of action abour 30mins after injection and effect will last 24 hours.

Approved Indication: Pseudoephedrine Tablet Symptomatic relief of nasal, sinus and bronchial congestion

MOA: Pseudoephedrine Tablet Acts directly on a-adrenergic receptors in the respiratory tract mucosa producing vasoconstriction. Relaxation of bronchial smooth muscle by stimulation of B-adrenergic receptors.
Administration: Pseudoephedrine Tablet May be taken with or without food.
Side Effects: Pseudoephedrine Tablet Insomnia, Anxiety, Feeling nervous, Restlessness, Tachyarrhythmia.
Caution: Pseudoephedrine Tablet Diabetes. Pregnancy and lactation.
Patient Counselling: Pseudoephedrine Tablet Ensure patient is not on MAOI therapy. This drug may cause insomnia.

Side Effects: Guaifenesin Syrup Gastrointestinal discomfort. Urolithiasis. (Urine Stones) Nausea, Vomiting.
Patient Couselling: Guaifenesin Syrup If your cough is due to asthma, emphysema, bronchitis,or smoking, talk to your doctor before use.
