B-blockers To treat hypertension Effects may be decreased.
CAIs (Diuretics) To decrease edema (fluid buildup) Toxication of aspirin may occur.
Corticosteroids Antiinflammatory Decreases effectiveness of aspirin.
Loop diuretics To reduce fluid retention Effects may be decreased.
Methotrexate To treat certain skin conditions/cancer Effects may be increased and excretion decreased.
NTG To decrease angina (chest pain) May result in hypotension.
NSAIDs To treat inflammation, pain, fever Effects may be decreased.
Spironolactone To reduce edema Effects may be decreased.
Sulfonylureas/insulin To lower glucose (diabetes) May increase the effects of these agents.
Valproic acid To treat seizures May decrease excretion, increasing potency of valproic acid.
