What is the difference between physical activity and exercise? physical activity is musculoskeletal movement to burn calories while exercise is designed to improve a fitness component like aerobic, resistance, or flexibility.

What is the difference between muscle endurance and muscle strength? endurance is the ability to perform repeated contractions and static holds while strength is max force the muscle can exert in a single effort
