Mr. Biando's Lab - What is sound?

A longitudinal wave that is caused by vibrations and that travel through a material medium. Sound wave

This middle ear bone makes the anvil (bone) vibrate. Hammer
The anvil (bone) in the middle ear makes this bone vibrate. Stirrup
The stirrup (bone) causes vibrations to this opening in the inner ear. Oval window
A bone inside the inner ear that is filled with liquid and tiny hairs that stimulate nerves which send electrical singles to the brain. Cochlea
The most common form of hearing loss. Tinnitus
