latitude the lines that circle earth from east to west are latitude.
longitude the lines that run from the north to south pole on a map.

sea A body of salt water that is smaller than an ocean

bay A body of water that has a small opening to a sea
lake A body of fresh water surrounded by land
source Where the river begins
mouth Where the mouth of the river empties into a larger body of water
tributary A smaller stream that feeds into a river
mountain range A row of connected mountains
peninsula A large extension of land that is surrounded by water on three sides
island A body of land that is completely surrounded by water
valley a low area of land between mountains or hills
delta Shaped like a triangle and is formed at the mouth of a river by deposited soil
